Introductions is a free virtual session to meet you "face-to-face" and hear a little about your story. We all carry unique experiences and we look forward to learning more about yours to see how we can help support you along your journey.
30 minutes

Soul Center Pathways are one-on-one counseling sessions that focus primarily on soul decluttering, inner healing, heart wounds, and overcoming the effects of trauma and shame. We use a variety of inner healing techniques and exercises to gently walk you toward healing. Life counseling and coaching are also available. Sessions are offered virtually or in-person.
60 minutes. For the most effective outcomes, sessions once a week or bi-weekly for a set duration are recommended.

Restorative Touch is a healing massage designed to relieve stress and restore balance to your body through physical touch. Many are not aware of the ways our bodies hold the effects of trauma, stress, anger, and anxiety in our muscles and joints. This session combines gentle pressure and soothing techniques to release tension, promote relaxation, and enhance your overall well-being. Perfect for a quick yet effective reset, this focused massage targets key areas to help you feel refreshed and revitalized.
30 minutes. Additional time or sessions available upon request.

Wholeness Pathways are individualized paths mapped out according to your physical, emotional, and mental wellness needs. Through 1:1 wholeness counseling, you can reclaim your life from fatigue, anxiety, eating dysfunction, and emotional heaviness. Paths are focused on restoring balance to your body by identifying root issues, developing personalized protocol, and accountability support. Sessions are offered virtually or in-person.
60 minutes. Sessions may continue as necessary to meet each individual's unique goals and for ongoing accountability and support.
